Medical Malpractice

Medical malpractice refers to negligence or misdeeds by many medical professionals such as doctors, dentists, chiropractors, optometrists, and nurses. If your medical professional did not follow accepted practices and failed to meet a standard of service or care, you may have grounds for a medical malpractice suit.

The court may be able to award you compensation for out-of-pocket expenses, lost income, legal fees, and pain and suffering. If you have suffered an injury or loss and you need legal advice or assistance, contact AAPC lawyers as soon as possible because strict limitation periods may apply.
